Quantity Surveyor

A high quality, multi-disciplinary Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their young and diverse Quantity Surveying team based a stones throw from Bank station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on some challenging and luxury residential projects throughout London. With an extended pipeline of work and the opportunity to become a quantity surveyor Director, this consultancy offers longevity and career progression which is hard to match.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Director of Quantity Surveying needs a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being "hands-on" with regards to running projects from inception through to completion. You will also undertake project management of high end and luxury residential projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a PQS/Consultancy background with a track record of delivering residential projects in the UK.

MRICS is beneficial, but not essential.

You'll have a confident and client facing character and shall be interested in undertaking project management duties.
