Partnerships and Regeneration
The Partnerships and Regeneration Division represents a fusion of contracting, housing and mixed-use regeneration expertise. We undertake design and build contracting, mixed tenure and speculative development, estate regeneration and property support services nationwide. We work in collaborative long-term arrangements with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and other stakeholders to build high quality housing and sustainable communities.

Role Overview:
In this client facing role, you will manage the delivery of mixed tenure housing opportunities, including joint venture and framework agreements in order to fulfil the company's objectives and ensure compliance of the agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management of clients and customers in both Development and Contracting projects
  • Business Development - identifying and building relationships with new clients and/or new geographical areas and maximising Joint Venture opportunities
  • Framework coordination - Understand the contractual framework and ensure that all stakeholders are complying with the requirements and communicating effectively with the framework partners/stakeholders in regards to cost, programme, development progress, H&S, sales and community engagement
  • Joint Venture Management - responsible for, and chairing, all Joint Venture Board Meetings, legal arrangements, leading the setting up of new Joint Ventures and the production of all necessary reports

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Good Writing and Presentation Skills
  • Able to work under own initiative, having good decision making skills and a keen sense of responsibility.
  • Client focused and experience of acting as a lead contact for an organisation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to organise and positively motivate others both individually and collectively.
  • Experience of working within an employers agent or directly for a Registered Provider would be an advantage
  • Previous experience or ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of defined projects within budgetary constraints through commitment and determination and within set time limits.
  • Experience in liaising and negotiating with a wide range of individuals and organisations including professional consultants, local authorities, social housing clients and working colleague involved in the development process.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
