APPRENTICESHIPS CO-ORDINATOR (CONSTRUCTION)

You will engage with and support learners into appropriate Apprenticeship vacancies and programmes, co-ordinating employers, internal schools/curriculum areas and Assessors to enable successful delivery of programmes. The post holder will be responsible for account managing a caseload of non-levy paying employers liaising closely with the Learning/Employer Engagement team to ensure learners are fully prepared and that the eligibility and entitlement to funding is established. You will also be expected to liaise closely with the Employer Provision team to ensure robust initial assessment and recruitment of Apprentices, meet the needs of employers and ensure high achievement rates, whilst continuing to adapt and respond the focus to the apprenticeship needs of the organisation.

You will hold a NVQ Level 3/4 relevant occupational qualification, alongside an Assessors and Verifiers qualification, you should also possess knowledge of industry and training requirements in the Lincoln, Newark and Gainsborough areas. A NEBOSH certificate is also desirable for this role.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with and provide services for a range of people i.e. learners, employers, tutors, parents and career staff. You should possess experience of working with young people, particularly in training with the ability of organising and dealing with administration associated with training programs, ensuring basic health and safety requirements at all times.
