Temporary Maintenance Planner required for long term contract based in Stirling, £10-12 per hour

Hays' client is currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their Stirling office on a long term, temporary basis. Whilst this is an initial temporary post, there is scope for this role to lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Your new role
Responsibilities of the role will include taking the lead role in planning individual jobs of two prestigious contracts, acting as contract manager, becoming familiar with systems used by clients to maximise efficiency, liaising with clients, sub-contractors and engineers on the phone, and ensuring client invoices are completed in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to prioritise tasks in accordance to the response time requested by clients, and will be comfortable liaising with contractors, engineers and clients alike. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and an ability to quickly learn bespoke databases is essential.
What you'll get in return
This is a long-term temporary opportunity with a strong likelihood of leading to a permanent offer. The rate for this position is negotiable, however will be in the region of £10-12 per hour.
