Reinstatement Performance Manager

Salary of up to £40k + fully expensed car

An established and successful business within the construction industry is looking to recruit an experienced Reinstatement Performance Manager to join its team.

Reporting directly to the Reinstatement Manager you be leading a small administration team. It will be your responsibility to enable effective work flow management using our works management portal. You will be accountable for the efficient planning and completion of the works. You will deliver management information to the Reinstatement manager to drive efficiency within the reinstatement process.

Key Accountabilities:

· Exercise accountability and responsibility for cost control, and the mitigation of potential street works liabilities including section 74 and FPN’s.

· Ensure that all areas of our workflow management and operational delivery are in line with the business, client and contractual requirements.

· Liaise with the Operations team, clients and other 3rd parties on operational issues.

· Produce management information for agreed KPI monitoring.

· Understand allowances for elements of work (Preliminaries, materials, subcontract etc.) Be able to track, understand and improve commercial performance.

· Be able to motivate and manage a small administration team to achieve common objectives.

 

We’re looking for:

· HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering/construction (desirable but not essential)

· You will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills

· Self motivated and confident

· Relevant reinstatement / utilities experience

· Knowledge of NRSWA & TMA legislation is advantageous

· Good communication skills

· A good decision maker who copes well under pressure
