I am currently working with a property development company, who are looking to take on a Assistant Building Manager on a 14 month contract for maternity cover. The client is a leading organisation in commercial property offering a range of commercial space for sale and to let. You will be based on a site in Warrington working from Monday to Friday 08:30pm to 5pm.
Your new role
You will cover the Assistant Building's Manager and the vast apportionment of the role is producing renewal paper work for the tenants of Centre, dealing with tenant queries and managing a reception team of two and concierge team. You will manage everything within the building from lettings, repairs and maintenance, and managing the car park. You will be required to work both front of house, back of house and offer an excellent customer service to the tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be someone with experience as a Business Centre Manager, Building manager, Lettings Manager or in Facilities who can offer excellent service delivery. You will have experience in tenancy agreements and Landlord Tenant Acts, furthermore you will have experience with dealing with Contractors. You need to be Microsoft proficient.
