Senior Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner
An urgent requirement for an experienced DELAY ANALYST / FORENSIC PLANNER to join my client on a salaried basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
My client is heavily involved with claims and delay on large infrastructure projects.
You must have good experience of delay analysis ideally on rail related projects or similar.
My client is a large engineering specialist working on projects in infrastructure, process, building sectors and more, on projects in the UK and overseas.
They are working closely with the client in Riyadh on a large claim for a rail project.
They now have an opportunity for an experienced Delay Analyst / Forensic Planners to join them ASAP based in Saudi Arabia.
You will need to be fully proficient in the the use of Primavera P6 to deal with assessment of the impact of variations on the programme.
You will also need experience of critical path analysis, report writing and have a good eye for detail to be able to investigate why the programme of a project has become delayed.
It is essential to have previous experience of delay and ideally have experience of doing report writing etc. plus good all round knowledge of construction technology, be Degree qualified and have excellent written and spoken English with experience gained working for a main contractors doing delay or with another firm of claims / dispute consultants.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team in a multi cultural environment.
Salary is in the region of 30000 Saudi Riyals per month plus accommodation, flights, health insurance, bonus etc.. My client is currently only seeking salaried personnel.
