Permanent Project Manager job - Nottinghamshire - Regional Contractor - Commercial build - up to £55k

You will be working for an established main contractor who operate in multi-sectors. The company undertake traditional, design and build and refurbishment. You will be working for a highly professional company with an excellent reputation. The company generally complete works ranging in value from £5-£10 Million pounds. Due to continued expansion a vacancy now exists for an experienced Project Manager to join their ranks.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the project management of a Education, Heritage and Commercial works. The projects will require both Design and Build and refurbishment experience. The role wil include responsibility for operational delivery, ensuring health & safety and build quality standards are maintained to the highest standards. The position will be overseeing multiple live sites simultaneously, furthermore you will have line management responsibilities for Site Managers
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a strong permanent background of working for regional or main contractors in the industry. You will need to have experience of managing 2 -3 projects ranging in value from £5- £10 million pounds. It would also be advantageous to be educated to a degree level in Construction Management or Project Management. You will have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications
