Partnerships & Regeneration
Partnerships represents a fusion of contracting, housing and mixed-use regeneration expertise. We undertake design and build contracting, mixed tenure and speculative development, estate regeneration and property support services nationwide. We work in collaborative long-term arrangements with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and other stakeholders to build high quality housing and sustainable communities.

Role Overview:

Specific responsibilities will include recording all incoming drawings, monitoring document issue, coordinating and preparing H&S files including operational and maintenance information, managing statutory service applications (new connections, disconnections and diversions) and developing and maintaining the design coordination procedures.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will be confident in all Microsoft Office with a working knowledge of a Document Control system, 4 projects being advantageous. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills, they will be able work as part of a team and independently and have the ability to manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful applicant will have previous experience of undertaking a similar role on a multi-million pound project for a Contractor/Developer.
  • You will be responsible for implementing and improving our document control procedures to ensure internal and external drawings, documentation and correspondence is controlled and distributed in accordance with the project protocols.
  • You will also be expected to deliver training and support to internal colleagues, external design consultants and supply chain members in the use of our chosen electronic data management system (4Projects).
  • Applicants will need to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure in a supportive environment, the role will include some general admin duties and you will possess a 'can do' attitude
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be proficient with IT and in the use of electronic data management systems, in particular 4Proects.
