We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our L&D team based in London. This is an opportunity to join an energetic and forward looking team.

This is a wide ranging role, the Learning & Development Manager will be responsible a number of areas including:

- the development of each business unit`s training strategy, ensuring it is compatible with the Company`s strategic plan, wider L&D initiatives and taking account of the specific development requirements

- supporting the Learning and Development Director with the design, development and deployment of global and national training interventions.

- provide advice, guidance and support to Regional HR Managers on all aspects of L&D function

- management of LMS systems

- financial planning and budget management as well as management of CITB account

- management of L & D team

- co-facilitate and collaborate with external delivery partners to deliver learning solutions

- management and review of L&D procurement

- enhance the communication methods of the L&D team to ensure that employees are aware of the learning opportunities available

- manage digital learning systems ensuring that they are used to maximum advantage as a learning solution

- evaluation of training to make sure it is cost effective and productive

- act as a champion for the organisational values, behaviours and competencies

Key Skills and Experience

Essential
- Successful track record within Learning and Development - working across the full training life cycle from training needs analysis to delivery and evaluation
- Up to date knowledge of L&D trends
- Strong consultation and project management skills
- Budget management experience
- Digitally savvy with an understanding of Learning Technologies
- External supplier relationship management experience
- Resilience and adaptability to change
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about developing people and be driven to achieve success

Desirable
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Understanding of psychometrics (ideally MBTI qualified)
