Our candidate is a successful housing organisation who works across the North of England and due to growth they are looking for a professional and experienced Assistant Site Manager to work within their private and social housing sector
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site and reporting to the Site Manager. Ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality. You will also be responsible for the management of all subcontractors and ensure Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation are complied with.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous Site Management experience with SSSTS. You will also be commercially aware with excellent organisation and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing projects successfully. You will alsohave a Driving Licence.
