Interacting with customers daily on a face to face basis, resolving their issues and inspecting their properties to diagnose any technical issues.

Using current NHBC building standards and technical understanding you will be coordinating Operatives to complete ongoing works as well as oversee contractors on site.

My client is a Plc Housebuilder providing homes for private sale across the country. We currently act as the main provider of staff for this business and have a strong insight into future plans and development of roles.

Customer Care Manager - National Plc Housebuilder

  • Visit customers and assess works required and manage rectification, when required.
  • Conduct a quality audit on each designated site on a quarterly basis and complete all reports and administration documents as required.
  • Conduct final inspection visits on build completions, liaising with site managers to identify priority and confirm quality standards are monitored in line with company expectations.
  • Carry out all inspection of all stock units prior to legal completion.

  • Ensure that all reported defects are dealt with in a cost effective, timely and professional manner to the satisfaction of the purchaser.
  • Monitor and manage work through to completion.
  • Ensure all works are correctly logged on internal systems.
  • Ensure a professional manner with purchasers at all times.
  • Ensure that any major issues are reported to the Regional Customer Care Director / Manager immediately.
  • Identify common complaints / defects and report to Regional Customer Care Director / Manager.

  • Ensure that all NHBC resolutions are escalated and communicated appropriately.

  • Already working for another leading private residential developer
  • Will have experience inspecting defects
  • Will have excellent communication to interact with high level customers and senior management
  • Knowledge of building standards
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate contractors on site
  • Gravitas to confidently present quality issues to senior management and board
