Role Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our award winning business of Linden Homes South-East. Our business focuses on building award winning homes across the country in prime locations and our sales teams are at the core of what we do in ensuring our customers experience the highest standards of service. The Sales Manager will be an integral part of driving our values and profits within their teams providing motivation and support to exceed set targets .

The successful candidate will come from a background of new home sales with a volume housebuilder, having managed sales teams and strategies for new build housing and have a proven track record within this area. This is a fast paced environment, the new Sales Manager will need to hit the ground running and work in partnership with Marketing and other business areas.

The role is based in our Caterham office, with regional travel to our award winning developments primarily across the South-East of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To be accountable for delegated activities from the Sales and Marketing Director in order to provide for the collation and management of communication, site information, budgets and operational matters to ensure the effectiveness of all sites and the achievement of profitable sales within budget in a way that assures the company its profitability and customers a professional and courteous service
  • Secure required sales through the provision of an efficient and courteous service to customers through the effective management of allocated developments.
  • Effectively manage the resources allocated within agreed budgets to maximise the company's profitability
  • Contribute to the establishment, maintenance and review of corporate standards in order to enhance the brand's status within the industry
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management on the development's performance and local competitor activity to facilitate a pricing strategy that maximises the company's profitability
Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications:

    Good knowledge of all Microsoft office applications Experience of management of others New homes sales and management experience
