Our client are a Public Sector Organisation based in the Outer Glasgow area.
Your new role
Our client require additional part time support in preparation for the roll out of universal credit
(17.5 hours) Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
They require an experienced Housing Officer with a strong understanding of Welfare reform.
You will conduct interviews for those affected by welfare reform.
You will work with a range of landlords to develop a package of Housing Options suitable for those affected.
You will help tenants maximise their income by liaising with various Money advice organisations and Welfare Rights Officers.
What you'll need to succeed
A positive, friendly attitude to work.
The patience and ability to give advice in a clear and instructive manner
You will be educated to degree level.
