ArchiCAD Technician

There is an amazing opening available for a busy Architects practice in Solihull. This position is available based on their strengthening portfolio and adding to the established structure. Ideally looking for an individual who has exceptional design flair and confident dealing with projects from inception to completion. Preferably the successful candidate will offer an outstanding knowledge of UK construction, planning processes and building regulations and an exceptional love to details. There are a variety of projects ongoing currently including an education portfolio, which is a mixture of new build and extension to facilities. As well as an exciting large scale residential and mixed use portfolio. This practice prides themselves on the diverse services they offer their clients and can also deliver design & build and consultancy advice. With ArchiCAD as their main tool, experience in the software would be a huge advantage, however they are willing to offer training for the right person. So, if you have a solid Revit knowledge Depending on experience, the pay rate is +£25 per hour, hybrid working week.
