Qualified Architect | Salary up to £45,000 | Cambridge

Your new company
The company I am recruiting for is currently looking for a new Qualified Architect or an Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The company is looking to grow their current Design team within their Cambridge office.

Your new role
As an Architect or Architectural Technologist you will be helping the team with their current projects. These projects will be mainly office fit outs, residential and conservation.

As a qualified professional you will be working in all stages of projects, including site supervision in some cases. You will be working alongside the rest of the team to make sure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed
For you to succeed in this role, you will already have experience working within a team and independently. It is essential that you had experience on working on and managing your own projects. You will also be comfortable with the UK Building and Planning Regulations.

It is essential that you have experience working with Autocad. And it would be desirable if you had experience working with Revit or other software in 3D.

What you'll get in return
Salary up to £45,000 (negotiable and dependent on experience)
30 days of annual leave, including bank holidays
