Architect

Are you an Architect seeking a new opportunity in Kent? This could be a great role for someone seeking to become an integral part of a close-knit practice on a permanent basis, salary up to £38,000 depending on experience.

This is very much an all round position where you'll be getting involved within all RIBA stages, due to the size of the company you'll be working on a variety of projects throughout all stages. Technical ability and know-how still takes precedent however the ideal is for that all round job running individual. The work itself is largely residentially focused, typically medium sized residential developments of apartments, 50-100 units. On top of this there are a number of interesting projects within the hotel and blue light sectors.

You'll need to be at least 2 years PQE and should be comfortable with working in a small team as well as independently. Revit experience is required for this position as the company are currently rolling this out throughout the practice so some experience will be needed. AutoCAD fluency is a must.

This is very much a strategic hire for the company and with a good year or so forecast ahead they have plans to expand which would bring along the potential to run a small team and lead with some upcoming projects.
