Architectural Assistant Part II

A vacancy has recently become live for an enthusiastic Architectural Assistant Part II to work in one of Birmingham's most renowned multi-disciplinary practices located in the Digbeth area.

They are looking for an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join their 50+ strong team, offering career progression to anybody looking to continue their Part III and grow within their firm. You will be assisting on a variety of projects assisting Architects and Technicians. Your day to day duties will include drawing up planning applications, Tenure packages and attending site visits to gain a true understanding of an Architect role and where your career could take you within your continued progression within the Architectural field.

They're predominately working on Residential schemes which includes Private Houses, Bespoke/ High end properties as well as Apartments and Care Homes. They also focus on the Educational sector and so having project familiarity in these two sectors would be beneficial in your application.

The salary they are looking to offer as a rough banding is £22,000 - £27,000 Per Annum with your experience level being the deciding factor. They also offer Training on Revit in which they are gradually implementing across their office and so having this as a proficiency would be also be advantageous. They offer a summer bonus for high achieving individuals and so if you were looking to continue your career as an Architect this could be the perfect opportunity.
