Architectural Technician

Are you an Architectural Technician seeking a new challenge at an established a growing practice in London? I'm seeking just such an individual on a permanent basis, salary circa £40,000 depending on experience. 

This is an ideal role for individuals with at least 3 years industry experience. You'll be working within RIBA stages 4-6 so the ability to produce quality detailing packages, tender and construction drawings will need to be there. Site experience would be a bonus but this will predominantly be an office based role. You'll need a level of communication to effectively present to colleagues and clients where required. 

You'll be working within the residential sector, both new build and refurbishments and you should be comfortable with both. You're portfolio will need to match theirs which largely consists of residential developments ranging from 200-1000 units, experience with high-rise would be a big plus point. Revit fluency is a must, you'll be using Revit on a daily basis from day one so proficiency is a very important aspect of this. A Revit assessment will be part of the interviewing process. 

There is an expectation to go into the offices but at the same time there is also a commitment to a flexi-working environment. It's a social working environment with clear views to progress.
