Architectural Technologist

A chance for an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join a multi-disciplinary practice in their Cheltenham or Bristol office.

 

Are you thinking it's time for a new challenge in 2022? Are you looking for a wider variety of projects to keep things interesting? Or are you looking to relocate to the South West from London or elsewhere?

 

About them? They are a national multi-disciplinary design consultancy with expertise spanning Building Services, cost consultancy, project management, architectural design and more. Their Building Surveying and architectural teams work closely together through all RIBA stages and their completed projects include schools, research facilities, hotels, leisure and workplace schemes. 

 

About you? You'll be an Architectural Technician or Technologist with a confidence producing drawings for planning, building control and tender/construction. You'll be ideally using Revit at the moment and be comfortable solving technical problems and dealing with queries from sites. You'll hopefully be ACIAT accredited already and be interested in pushing on to get chartered if not already. 

 

What's on offer? You'll be offered a salary dependant on experience but circa £30k, plus a list of employee benefits, flexibility on working from home and a great team to work and learn alongside.
