As an Architectural Technologist, you will be working for an Architectural company which is a local and friendly practice in Kenilworth in the centre of Warwickshire. They have been established for 5 years gaining great local knowledge. Working primarily within the residential sector on house conversions & bespoke new builds. They have now delved into the commercial sector of hotel conversions & public house builds. The company is directed by an established chartered Architect with their own wealth of experience within the Architectural world.
Your new role
As an experienced Architectural Technologist, you would be confident in supporting yourself as the sole dependant for your own projects, working under the director and project manager you will be expected to draw up designs to a high standard, control planning applications and appeals & have good site knowledge with a strong capability to liaise with clients, Architects and contractors. Ensuring you are able to handle each project from initial concept to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
It is vital to have that working experience as an Architectural Technologist with preferably a CIAT certification. The primary software used within the company is AutoCAD so this should be your primarily strong software ability. A confident personality and a drive to really commit yourself the the ethos of the company.
