Your new role
You will be working with the estates team and coordinating all relevant contractors to support the planning and management of planned preventative maintenance tasks. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring KPIs and SLAs are adhered to in order to achieve the desired performance outcomes in line with the company policies.
  • Use and update a range of technical PPM systems to ensure the operational management of PPM.
  • Create and plan work orders on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.
  • Assisting in the development of a new maintenance management programme (SFG20).
  • Writing and implementing RAMS and risk assessments to deliver to the relevant teams before works commence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience using SFG20.
  • Time served in a building maintenance position with a good understanding of of PPM service delivery.
  • Experience using PPM CAFM systems.
  • Experience with URU/Boiler systems.
  • IOSH
