Your new company
An established Property Consultancy with several offices throughout the UK specialising in Building Surveying, Project Management, Rights of Light and Cost Management/ Quantity Surveying. The majority of their services are on a commercial portfolio for a range of high profile clients.
Your new role
As an Assistant you will support the Directors and Chartered Surveyors across a range of Building Surveying and Project Management services, both professional and project. You will also make comprehensive usage of all available resources within this organisation to fulfil clients' requirements with maximum efficiency and to the highest quality.
You will also be expected to undertake and successfully complete the Assessment of Professional Competence by RICS to become a full member.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a RICS accredited degree and have gained work experience ideally in a private sector organisation. The ideal candidate will be looking for their second role where they can take on more responsibility and become Chartered.
Anything logged in the diary towards the APC is advantageous.
