Assistant Quantity Surveyor

I am seeking a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a prime housing developer who are proud to deliver projects with character and quality. This position is likely to suit applications with a degree in Quantity Surveying or who are studying at the moment. However, this is not a necessity if you have 2 or 3 years Surveying experience within a similar environment.

Ideal requirements for the role will include:

?? Practical knowledge of quantity surveying procedures.

?? Current study towards, or possession of, a suitable qualification.

?? Ability to communicate with department colleagues proactively.

?? A commitment to offer customers a best value service.

?? Good IT and communication skills.

?? The ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure.
