A track of working within the residential sector is a must, the company also get involved within the commercial, mixed-use and education sectors so for a bonus point you'll have some knowledge here but the priority is certainly the residential sector. Most of the current schemes are medium-large scale residential developments of 200-500 units.

As mentioned above you'll be getting involved with some of the day to day Architectural work, mainly ion the delivery side so a solid understand of UK building regulations is required and experience of working within RIBA stages 4-5. Revit fluency is ideal, should you have experience with managing teams with Revit then this could well suit.

This is one of these companies that are respected when it comes to how they treat their employee's. Always fair and transparent it's an ideal position for someone keen to get their voice heard with plans for future growth of the practice. After a successful year across all of their office it's a great time to embed yourself into a social and vibrant practice looking to capitalise on a positive market. Interview are looking to take place in November with an ideal start date for the end of the year/early next. Don't delay and get in touch now!
