Based in Central London, my client is a recognised surveying specialist in Daylight, Sunlight and Rights of Light. Due to a high demand of their services, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Associate Director. This company's Party Wall, Building Consultancy and Sustainability teams deliver a holistic service tailored to every project and the needs of each individual client.

Your new role
You will carry out Rights of Light responsibilities and cater to the needs of Developers, Architects, Planners and adjoining owners. You will also aim to both meet commercial targets and take additional responsibilities within the wider business. They will be responsible for driving quality and improvement in their own work and throughout the business calling on Directors to assist where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will most recently been either a Senior Rights of Light Surveyor or Associate Director, with an expert understanding of rights of light law, developing precedent and best practice. You will be driven to help grow this team, possess strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a client facing role.
