BIM Architects and Technicians
An urgent opportunity has become available to work for a well established international Architectural practice on either a permanent or contract basis. This is to build a BIM team within the London office and as a result there are multiple vacancies within this team, ranging from Architectural Assistants, Architects, Technicians and BIM Coordinators/Managers. The salary and rate range is £35-50,000 pa and £20-30/hr Ltd respectively.
As mentioned above this is to work for an international practice who have a strong presence in many of the major European cities. At present the focus is on their projects in Germany so in an ideal world you'd have some German language ability or even better, have previous experience of working in the country. Don't worry if German is not your preferred language as your knowledge of BIM will trump the language side of things. When it comes to your BIM experience you'll need a proven track record of working on projects that adhere to BIM level 2 regulations. Revit is the main software in use so it's vital you're fluent using this software.
The company themselves work within a variety of sectors which include Commercial, Industrial however the main focus at present is Data Centres so you'll need some experience with any of the above but preferably a background with delivering Data Centres. Experience across all RIBA stages would suit however your technical expertise and know-how would be favoured over your front end design work.
Interviews for this position will be taking place in the next week or two with a view to start in 4 weeks time so you'll need to be able to adhere to this time frame.
