One of the UK's top 20 multi-discipline property and construction consultancy are looking to take on a talented Building Surveyor due to their continual success and growth. This award winning company work in a variety of core disciplines including Project Management, Cost Management, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and many more.

Your new role
As a Building Surveyor you will work with a wide range of clients, managing their property portfolios, projects and transactions. You will be responsible for providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of their buildings. This will include work for our commercial, education, residential, leisure and health clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a Chartered Building Surveyor, however not essential, with strong experience in a private consultancy working on a range of properties. You will have professional experience working with clients alongside previously dealing with design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment on different properties.
