A unique opportunity has come about with a well established consultancy in Merseyside for a Building Surveyor. This organisation has seen nothing but growth in recent years and the team is looking to expand due to an increase in projects within the commercial, education and residential sectors.

Your new role
You will be expected to offer advice and assistance on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of a number of higher education, affordable housing and healthcare schemes across the North West. You will also be expected to do, but not limited to the following: dilapidations, party wall surveys, specifications, planned maintenance, site surveys, preparing detailed drawings for planning/ building regs, contract admin & project Management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Building Surveyor with a minimum of three years industry experience, ideally with a commercial focus. Ideally you will be working towards your RICS APC and further support will be provided. You will be a competent AutoCAD user and work well within a team as well as independently. A good knowledge of contract admin is essential
