Building Surveyor / Project Manager

Building Surveyor/Project Manager job on a 3-6 month temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a large public sector organisation who are based in the Essex region. You will be joining their property/estates team on an interim basis in order to provide expert advice and assistance with their capital building project's.

Your new role
The Building Surveyor/Project Manager will be responsible for the design process of the project's and will tender documents for procurement. You will be producing detailed specifications, be responsible for the contract administration and will also provide a thorough defect diagnosis. You will ensure projects are delivered within budget and timescale.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a Chartered Surveyor or having a relevant Surveying qualification. You will be competent in using AutoCAD, writing detailed specifications and will have extensive experience in a similar post and in delivering capital projects.
