A full time opportunity for a Commercial Property Management job with an established Consultancy in Aberdeen

Your new company is a commercial property consultancy with over 50 years experience in the Aberdeen market. They pride themselves on their high standard in client services and encourage professional development within their teams. You will work closely with your department Director and other members in the team to help you develop into this job.
Your company also support selected charities throughout the year as well as a social committee where they organise events for the team to enjoy.
Your new role
Your new role will allow you to take control of a commercial portfolio of properties including office, retail and industrial spaces to name a few. You will be in charge of building the portfolio, liaising with clients to maintain positive relationships and managing important aspects of the portfolio such as Health and Safety, tenant liaising and common contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a RICS Chartered Surveyor. You will have to be confident with Microsoft applications especially Excel. You will be using an in house property management system, however training will be provided. You will also need to work independently to develop and grow your portfolio and enjoy the challenge of maximising local opportunities.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £30 - £35k DOE. Alongside this you will receive a generous car allowance, health care, a contributory pension and a performance related annual bonus.
