Contract Supervisor

Contract Supervisor job working on an educational site in Portsmouth.

Your new company
You will be working for an organisation that provides Facilities and Maintenance Services to public sector clients across Hampshire

Your new role
You will be based on a large educational site in Portsmouth, working alongside the contracts manager to support the client in the surveying and scoping of minor works, providing quotations, cost estimates, resource requirements and a plan of works.

You will oversee the delivery of PPM, and manage subcontractors to ensure works are carried out on time and to a suitable standard.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in costing and scheduling jobs, have trade knowledge, and are able to converse at all levels.You will have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the building maintenance, minor works or construction environment.
