A leading regional contractor are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team, delivering on a variety of refurb and new build schemes across the North West. Works include schools, hospitals, apartments, industrial units, and universities. They have an excellent pipeline of repeat business, and works won through various frameworks. They have decades of trading behind them and an excellent reputation for quality of delivery and staff retention across the North West market.
Your new role
You will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to site set up, completion and handover. Projects will range in value and sector, including refurb and new build. You will ensure all sites in your remit are delivered on time and in budget. You will lead meetings with management teams on a weekly basis to ensure progress is in line with programme, and the highest standards of quality of build and H&S are maintained. You will report into the Construction Director, and work closely with the commercial teams to ensure best possible commercial outcomes for the business are maintained throughout the course of each project within your remit. You will liaise with all key stake holders including clients, senior management and the commercial team, and you will work prior to sites starting, oversee the programming of works and procurement of sub-contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
You are experienced in a wide range of refurb and new build works for both public and private sector clients. You are a proven Contracts Manager with experience managing multiple sites.
