Contracts Manager

Are you a Contracts Manager looking for a permanent position?

Our client is an established regional contractor with a company turnover of c£5m, they have a reputation of delivering quality builds across a broad range of projects including healthcare, education, commercial and residential to £2m in value.

They are a company that are growing in a risk adverse fashion, focusing on building lasting client relations and developing a strong continues flow of work, due to this they are keen to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects and contribute to their long-term vision.

The ideal candidate will have a main contractor background, previous history working in a Contracts Manager role and a proven track record of delivering new build and refurb projects into the millions.

The idea candidate must;

• Have at least 5 years management experience with a main contractor
• Have a trades or engineering background with exposure to running multiple schemes simultaneously
• Be a strong leader with the confidence to lead management teams on challenging projects
• Have experience operating in a client facing role, building and maintaining relationships with key clients to generate repeat business

Offering a salary of £60k - £65k + car / allowance + benefits, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a company where they can make an impact and contribute to the long-term vision of an ambitious contractor.
