Contracts Manager - Small works & Property Services
Your new company
A leading regional contractor are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team, delivering on sites across the North West, but predominantly Merseyside, and Cheshire. This business have over 20 years of reputable trading under their belt, and continue to expand a base of repeat clients. Their client base includes local authorities, schools, hotels and the NHS, as well as various other blue chip private sector businesses.
Your new role
You will oversee 3-5 sites dependant on contract value, which could range from £100k up to £2.5m. You will report into the Construction Director, and will take responsibility for the timely delivery of each site in your remit, as well as ensuring the best commercial outcome for all of your sites. You will take a lead in client liaison and will work closely with the Commercial team to ensure each project is delivered within budget. You will ensure the highest standards of H&S are maintained on site, guiding site management teams in line with best practice and company ethos.
What you'll need to succeed
You are experienced in small works and property services, and are ideally from a trades background. You have experience running multiple projects and have worked with public sector clients such as schools or local authorities previously.
