Permanent opportunity for a housing maintenance professional in Devon to manage a complex contract
Your new company
You will be joining a not for profit sector organisation based in the Devon region who are responsible for the management and maintenance of 4,500 properties. As a Contracts Manager you'll work closely with colleages across planned works, reactive repairs and refurbishment of void properties.
Your new role
Your focus will be on improving and managing the contract performance of a large maintenance contract associated with planned, reactive and void maintenance works. As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the contract, ensuring KPIs are met, value for money is achieved, and quality of work is maintained.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have a background in property maintenance, ideally within a planned, reactive or void operation within housing. You'll need to have a level of contracts management experience on the client-side.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a permanent salary of up to £36,000 alongside an excellent range of benefits, including up to 27 days annual leave and a contributory pension scheme. You'll also be able to work flexibly form home, alternating your time between visiting the office and undertaking meetings off-site.
