Full time site cleaner required / Oxfordshire near Banbury/ Ongoing work

Hays are happy to be working with a housing contractor who are looking to hire a cleaner for their site in Oxfordshire area close to Banbury to start on Monday 13th July.
Your new role
You'll be working on site as a cleaning operative working a minimum 40 hours a week.. Monday - Friday 9AM - 5pm and Saturday 1pm - 6pm Our client is looking for a responsible worker who is able to work independently. You will be a vital worker on site who will manage all aspects of the cleaning process to ensure work is conduced in a safe environment in line with current government guidelines. The role is set to last for the foreseeable future and so is good opportunity for someone looking for longer term work.In managing all aspects of the cleaning process on site this will include the site signing in point, all toilets and washing facilities, Canteen/ Rest rooms and site offices. You'll also be expected to keep stock of cleaning supply so site management can order when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
A CSCS card is not required for this role, however an understanding of site processes is helpful, general health and safety on site will be covered in induction. You will have to be reliable for this role as will involve independent work and failure to show up will result in the site closing for the day. You'll need to have an understanding of the English Language as you'll need to complete a cleaning checklist daily to allow site to continue to monitor safety.Please note due to Covid-19 Hays are temporarily registering workers virtually and therefore you will need to complete an online application.
What you'll get in return
Working on behalf of Hays Recruitment you'll receive a weekly pay (either through an umbrella company or PAYE) and holiday contributions. Our working rate will be between £11.10 - £11.50 per hour (umbrella) whilst PAYE would £9.90 (inclusive of holiday) per hour. You'll be able to submit weekly timelines online through our app Hays Connect, and with our Hays Hub you'll be able to manage all future bookings with Hays right from your sofa!
