CSCS General Labourer

Teamforce Labour are seeking reliable and experienced CSCS Labourers to join our team for ongoing civil engineering works in Spital. (Thurso)

Role Overview:

As a CSCS Labourer, you’ll assist site teams with general labouring duties, support trades, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labouring duties on site
• Assist tradesmen and site operatives as required
• Maintain site tidiness and adhere to safety procedures
• Unload and move materials and equipment
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen
• Support with basic groundwork activities where required

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Previous experience working on civil engineering or construction projects
• Strong understanding of site health & safety standards
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Full PPE

Preferred (but not essential):

• Manual Handling or other site safety certificates
• Own transport
