Senior Development Officer/ Development Project Manager

Your new company
Well established social housing organisation in Mereyside are looking to expand their team, recruiting for a Senior Development Officer & a Development Project Manager. These are brand new roles due to expansion within the development team.
Your new role
You will be expected to lead/ support the acquisition & development of a diverse programme of new build & regeneration sites, looking to be 1000 in the next 10 years, 600 in the next 5 years. You will help develop new business opportunities & lead appraisal & assessment of new development schemes. Developing new design solutions, specifications, bills of quantities, drawing and all other tender documents for contractors & consultants for related projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will come from a public sector background however private sector/ contractor/ backgrounds also welcome. This would really suit someone that is looking for an improved work life balance, with flexible working. Ideally you will be a member of RICS, CIOB and have relevant Project Management experience. You will have experience of contract management & procurement
