Estates Project Manager

Project Manager required to work on a large estate across Swindon working on small capital works

You will be working for a public sector organisation in Swindon who offers flexible working and a competitive hourly rate.

Your new role

You will be working as an estates project manager on a 6 month temporary, full time basis. You will manage a range of small projects across the estate, working with PFI colleagues to oversee project delivery. As a project manager you will carry out stakeholder management and co-ordination. This role will be overseeing both the estates and facilities management within the context of a PFI environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a successful project manager experience in both estates and facilities in a public sector estate is essential. You will also need a strong working background of project management and working knowledge of HTMs, HBNs and current building regulations.
