Estimator for construction job in Sussex.

Your new company
Working for a family Building Contractor who take pride in working locally for repeat clients. They are currently expanding and looking to recruit an Estimator to join their team. Their contracts are up to £2m and include local council framework agreements; shopping centre preferred contractor lists; hospital refurbishment and new build contracts; larger scale domestic projects; historical listed building works; school projects; etc

Your new role
The Role will include -

  • Delivering tenders
  • Negotiating preferred contracts
  • Pricing works
  • Tendering for county councils
  • Tendering for framework agreements
  • Working on pre-contract stages of projects.
  • Liaising with sub-contracts

What you'll need to succeed
This role offers the opportunity to work with a company who is going from strength to strength and to share in their success both financially and professionally. You will have previous experience of Estimating construction projects upto a value of approximately £2m, and be keen to get involved with a company and be part of a professional business with excellent potential.
