Estimators / Quantity Surveyors

Strong Recruitment Group are currently looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor located in West London on a permanent basis.

My client is looking for a positive mindset, driven Estimator / Quantity Surveyor in the residential sector, who will be required to be involved with costing and managing jobs such as: New builds, basements, extensions, lofts and refurbishments.

Candidate Specification:

• Be able to review incoming tenders, specifications and contract documentations to analyse project risk.
• Manage tender submissions schedules
• Attend pre-tender site visits as well as undertake site surveys.
• Obtain competitive prices from suppliers and subcontractors if required.
• Negotiate with clients meetings as and when required
• This is an office based role.

The annual salary on offer ranges between £30,000 - £60,000 p.a.
+ Performance based bonus scheme
+ Travelling allowance during working hours
