Experienced Job Runner/ Associate

A very exciting Senior position has become available within a medium sized practice in Solihull.

My client have been very clear on the type of person they are requiring, please see below how they are filtering candidates, based on their relevance and how well they tick the boxes of the below:-

- ArchiCAD software proficiency (type of software they use across all projects)
- Hotel experience = current project type - Also work on Residential, Education, COmmercial and Community
projects
- 5-6 years post RIBA/ ARB qualification experience
- Can lead a small team, manage a project and job run effectively

The salary they are willing to pay up to for the right person is up to £55k PA.
