Experienced Part II / Architect (Residential)

Looking to join a very friendly and thriving practice that has really gained a prestigious name for itself in the short time they have been operating?

The main bulk of what my client is requiring is listed below and for any applications they would be looking for supporting portfolio / work samples to compliment your CV and to demonstrate your detailing and design skills:-

This role would suit either a Part 2 Architectural assistant or an Architect with good knowledge of the residential/urban design sector and proven track record of having worked on such schemes.

  • Discretionary bonus (Typically, can range up £1500 per year - dependent upon a job being profitable for the practice).
  • 6 month probationary period
  • 20 days holiday per year
  • Parking permit for the jewellery Quarter on completion of the probationary period
  • Company pension scheme
  • Professional fees paid for RIBA and ARB
  • Business Mileage at 37p per mile
  • Reasonable expenses claimed for corporate entertainment

Given their size, they have taken the stance to be in the office full time as this has proven to work best for them - meaning everyone is always present to share ideas and the team operates generally more collaboratively on this premise.

Salary on offer will range up to £40,000 PA (DOE).
