Facilities Manager

Large organisation requires FM to oversee provision of soft services to multi-site contract.

Your new company
This is a major NW employer located close to Manchester City Centre, they have numerous office and mixed-use sites across the area and are looking for a FM Manager to oversee the FM team and take responsibility for the provision of soft services (cleaning, security, maintenance reporting etc.)

Your new role
You will take on a head of FM department role and will line manager a team of Facilities Officers - you will be responsible for managing all rotas, budgets, compliance standards, and ensuring HR issues are dealt with.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong background within FM, and ideally will have worked within a public sector environment or managing a multi-site contract. You should have great communication skills and great customer service background,
