Facilities Manager Opportunity in Bristol for a temporary to permanent opportunity

Your new role

As a facilities manager you will ensure the organisation has in place the optimum facilities to support the necessary locations and working environment and to ensure future needs are met. You will oversee Health & Safety at all offices and ensure that accommodation standards and Health and Safety practice is adhered to. This role is a full time, temporary to permanent position. As a facilities manager you will manage and administer office-related contracts, including leases, cleaning, car parking and security, including CCTV. You will also deal with the management of contracts for the provision of utilities, IT support, mobile and fixed line telephones, broadband lines and IT equipment for the whole of the organisation with the aim of achieving best value for money, and overseeing administration of these contracts on a day to day basis. You will also have responsibility for buildings repairs and maintenance at the organisation's offices.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful as a facilities manager you will need working experience within the facilities sector and have strong knowledge of managing health and safety and have proven experience of management/supervision of office administration environment and a proven track record of supervision/management of staff.
