An exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager with previous EMEA office experience is now available.
Your new role
As the Facilities Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for supporting the Group FM in leading the provision of facilities management at their London HQ and EMEA locations. You will ensure the optimal building and workplace performance, compliance with regulatory requirements, CAPEX and OPEX budget management and acting as the regional company ambassador for all workplace services and solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior corporate FM experience across both the UK and EMEA. You will possess, excellent relationship building skills with the ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders. Other key experience needed includes prior vendor management and a deep understanding of current workplace practices and solutions. Joining a passionate FM team you will be expected to align with the 5 star service they currently deliver.
What you'll get in return
An industry competitive salary of £45,000 - £52,000 depending on experience plus company benefits.
