Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Site Manager on a temporary to permanent basis, based in the West Midlands area in Wolverhampton.

Your new role
Your new position will be acting as Facilities Site Manager for the business. You will be expected to manage in house trades staff, external contractors, adhere to SLA's and KPI's, ensure planned and reactive maintenance is completed to the appropriate standards, ensure capital work programmes are completed within designated timescales etc

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position, you must have proven experience in a similar role as well as managing both hard and soft services. Ideally you will be from a hard services background with strong leadership skills, able to use computer systems.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a temporary to permanent position paying up to 36- 38k on a permanent basis, with the temporary equivalent offered for the first 6 months.
