Your new company
This national and highly successful multi-disciplinary organisation have a range of contracts with many difference client groups. They are busy, and are now in a position to appoint a new Facilities Manager to oversee a contract in Manchester - this will be a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Your new role
You will take responsibility for a team of 30, and will deliver hard services FM and some soft services, to a range of facilities across Manchester including large civic buildings, office buildings and many outlying buildings. You will be in charge of providing an efficient service whilst maintaining good staff morale through honest and effective leadership.

What you'll need to succeed
The employer here is looking for an individual with the strength of character to lead an established team, a solid and proven working history within hard services provision, ideally with well known employers, and great customer service and communication skills.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available including working remotely when best to do so. This is a temporary role initially that will become permanent after 3 to 6 months in post.
