Your new role
As a general estates manager you will be managing the Hard FM function of the organisation. You will be planning and delivery of hard all hard FM maintenance and grounds maintenance across Bristol and surrounding areas. You will lead and drive a proactive approach to hard FM services that will ensure the organisation hits key objectives. You will ensure a robust process and lead and manage on all planned preventive maintenance, repairs and minor works. You will manage associate budgets and staff including an in-house trades team of 80+ operatives. You will manage and plan the service, ensuring you meet effective service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful estates general manager you will need to have a proven track record of successful operational management of large estates and extensive knowledge and experience in a technical field of Hard FM.
